1990 毕业于广州美术学院雕塑系
现居广州，现为全国政协委员、中国美术家协会理事、广东省美术家协会副主席、广州雕塑院院长、国家一级美术师、2013年度中国文化部优秀专家、广东省人民政府文史研究馆馆员、第二届广东省中青年德艺双馨艺术家。
